These Money Back Policy are subject to change at any time, without notice, in writing or otherwise. Consequently, please review these terms and conditions carefully from time to time or each time you place an order or by accepting the delivery of XTRMosting products or any other representative or mediator who will deliver the product to you.
How to Request a Money-Back Refund
(for any VPS plan)
Step 1: Cancel Service
To cancel, log in to your control panel, select the service you'd like to cancel, and click "cancel service."
The next page will confirm that you want to cancel; after confirming the service is effectively canceled.
Step 2: Just tell us!
ALL Money Back requests must be made by submitting a ticket. A ticket can be submitted via our control panel. Select the billing department and let them know in the ticket that you'd like a refund. To avoid any confusion or delay, please let our billing personnel know the service ID or invoice number related to your request.
If for whatever reason you can't log in or can't find the ticket link, emailing email@example.com from the email address that we have on file is sufficient for initiating the Money Back policy. We'll walk you through the cancelation and refund process.
Please be advised that upon issuing a refund, we'll need to terminate the related service. As you might expect, file deletion is usually irreversible.

We offer a Money Back Guarantee 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any VPS Server, contact us within 15 days after your order and give you a refund. No questions asked and no surveys.
Because our refund policy is intended to enable customers to try our service, we limit customers to one refund per person or company.
Our refund policy is intended for new customers to try our service. If you experienced downtime outside of the refund time frames mentioned above, you're entitled to an TERMS credit.
Exceptions to this guarantee:
In certain circumstances, we will issue more than one refund per customer. If you feel as though your situation requires this, please let us know. (Example: you ordered a 512MB VPS and decided to upgrade it to 1024MB before realizing that you needed a refund. We'd refund both invoices.)
1. - In the Domain Transfer for Shared Hosting Plan,
2. - In Custom Orders,
3. - In Additional IPs,
4. - In Control Panels & Addons ( cPanel , Direct Admin , Plesk, etc.)
5. - In Packages purchased with special Promotions or purchase consisting of more than 1 month period, and
6. - In all VPS servers contracted by a year or more.
This policy is void if:
A) Some of our expenses are not recoverable. XTRMHosting reserves the right to not refund non-recoverable expense. Some examples include control panel licenses, domain names, and operating system licenses. We usually only excercise this right in extreme situations.
B) Customers who have been terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), our Terms and Conditions (T&C), or that require change in the antispam configurations of our servers, or for violating the law. Are not entitled to any refund.
C) Customers who have been suspended for excessive resource usage including CPU, disk I/O, and bandwidth (including DDOS) are not entitled to refunds.
